Chiaroscuro Vault acts as an architectural bridge, transforming a sloped parking lot into a spatial gradient between private domestic life and public civic space. The design uses light, shadow, and monumental geometry to dictate privacy levels across the site—arranging quiet, introspective programs near the residence boundary and energetic public programs near the park.
