Urban Front

Translating the non-destructive massing logic into a hybrid housing complex, the design redefines two suburban motel-style buildings into a unified urban front. Retaining the existing structures, the building establishes a heavy street threshold along the south edge while opening its elevated terrace toward the western park and bicycle corridor.
